Job Description


This position provides support for school wide data systems. 

Provide creative solutions to end user data requirements, inquiries and problems. Analyzes data and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Create and Edit custom reports using Crystal Reports and other reporting Tools. Create and Edit internal web pages to support the operations of various departments. Communicate with data system vendors to resolve issues.

Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Candidate must be a self starter and  creative problem solver. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.


 Bachelor’s degree required. Experience working in a K-12 school highly desired. Expert level knowledge and Minimum of 4 years writing and designing complex Crystal Reports. Computer Programming and HTML experience a plus. Four years advanced Microsoft Excel experience. Understanding of SQL query language to write and edit database queries.
