Gulliver is a co-educational private college preparatory day school established in 1926 in Miami, Florida. One of the largest independent schools in Florida, Gulliver enrolls more than 2,200 students in Grades PreK3-12 on four campuses.

Gulliver is seeking a Senior Manager of Advancement Services to lead gift processing and acknowledgement, database integrity, reporting, data analysis, and system enhancements. The Senior Manager will have primary responsibility for the integrity of the advancement database and will possess a sound understanding of fundraising, gift processing and reporting practices and standards. The Senior Manager will leverage their experience, knowledge and industry best practices to develop and manage systems and processes that increase the school’s efficiency and capacity for successful fundraising.

The Senior Manager will establish and oversee regular reporting for various audiences including school leadership, and Board of Trustees. Additionally, the Senior Manager will work closely with the advancement team to proactively monitor, interpret and share data and trends to support fundraising strategies, goal setting, and metrics. This is a managerial position with at least one direct report.

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum six years of advancement services experience, preferably in education; expertise and proficiency with advancement database systems and software and information management. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, process-driven and solutions-oriented individual who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. This positions reports to the Vice President of Institutional Advancement.
